Daniel arrived this day, only 6 weeks early. Praise God all went well and I can honestly say that it was a very easy labor and delivery. I had done all my research and knew what to expect and had my birth plan and labor bag all packed and ready to go, yes I was all ready to go 6 weeks early. I went to hospital at 8:00 in the morning because my water broke at 5 am- what a way to wake up. My blood pressure kept going up all day-now of course they did not let me get up and walk around, tried to keep my upside down for hours, had the fetal monitor tied extremely tightly around my waist, no food, and the blood pressure machine on my arm that kept going off every 15 minutes - what did they expect? Even so I still believe that all went well and I am truly blessed!!! I was told that I was having contractions and after a while I could guess when they were. At 8:50pm I was measured and I was 3.5 cm dilated, at 10:50 I was 4 cm dilated and at 11:43 Daniel was born.
